1 can hominy
Sm. jar pimiento
Sm. onion
Pepper (sweet or hot)
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in pan and boil until most of juice is gone. (May substitute small chopped tomato for pimiento.)
