SPINACH PASTRIES | |
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked spinach 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 egg Follow package directions and roll out dough. Combine well drained spinach, cheese, onions, salt and pepper and egg. Mix well. Place 2 or 3 tbsp. of mixture in center of triangle and close dough around center evenly. Place on cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes longer than roll packages direct or until well browned on top. Remove from oven, cut into sections, and serve hot. Serves 10- 12. |
