SMOKED BRISKET 
4-5 lb. brisket, remove fat

Mix: 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. liquid smoke 1/2 c. prepared mustard 1/2 c. catsup 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire 4 dashes Tabasco

Place brisket on large sheet of heavy foil. Spread sauce on all sides and edge. Fold foil and seal tightly. Place in baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
