SMOKED BRISKET 
Brisket
Peanut oil
Cayenne pepper
Garlic salt
Paprika

1. Beat the stuffin' out of brisket with fist or rubber mallet.

2. Rub wounded brisket with peanut oil.

3. Sprinkle LIGHTLY with cayenne pepper.

4. Sprinkle with garlic salt and cover with paprika.

5. Let sit on rack at room temperature for 8 hours.

6. Cook in smoker for 6-8 hours on slow heat.

7. Let meat rest after cooking before cutting.
