TACO FLAVOR CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tbsp. chopped onions
3 tbsp. choped chilies
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. shredded American cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. corn chips
2 1/2 c. torn lettuce
2 med. tomatoes, diced

In skillet brown beef, add tomatoes, onions, green chilies, garlic and salt. Stir, break up tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Place cheese and milk in top of double boiler. Melt over boiling water, stirring. Put lettuce and tomatoes in 1 quart casserole. Top with 1/2 corn chips, pour on meat mixture, top with 1/2 corn chips, pour on meat mixture, top with corn chips. Pour cheese sauce over top and serve.
