SALATI ESI-FA' I-POPO 
2 ripe papayas, clean and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
4 sliced ripe bananas
1 lemon
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. coconut milk

Remove seeds and skin from ripe papaya. Dice the fruit into fairly large (1/2 inch) chunks. Add sliced ripe banana. Squeeze juice from a lemon over the whole thing and sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon sugar. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and stir all together.
