BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 dozen hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
2 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
3 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. butter
1/8 c. onion flakes
3/4 lb. American cheese

Fry onions in butter; add flour and milk, then cheese. Layer half the bacon and sauce in the casserole, then layer the rest of the eggs, sauce, bacon. Top with chips. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or so.
