CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
Creme de menthe syrup ice cream topping
1 can Hershey chocolate fudge topping
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix white cake mix according to directions on box and add 1/2 cup creme de menthe syrup. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or according to package directions. Cool.

Cover baked cake with chocolate fudge topping (may have to be heated first). Mix 1/3 cup creme de menthe syrup with the Cool Whip and spread over the fudge. You'll love it.

Vickie uses 3 tablespoons creme de menthe in the cake as well as the frosting.
