MAPLE CUSTARD | |
3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. maple syrup 2 c. milk Dash of salt Combine eggs, syrup, milk and salt. Pour into individual molds. Set molds in a pan of hot water. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Serves 4. |
