PECAN CUSTARD PIE 
1 crust pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. pecans

Cream sugar and butter. Add syrup and salt. Beat in eggs. Add pecans. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
