MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, brown
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes (sm. can)
10 torn up corn tortillas
1 half moon Colby cheese

Mix together and put in glass casserole dish and bake in microwave for 25 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
