MY MOTHER'S MULLIGAN 
Sliced onions
Sliced potatoes
Rice (real rice, not instant or converted)
1 can peas, juice included
Thin layer of sliced carrots
Thick layer of crumbled raw hamburger
Seal with whole tomatoes, including juice
Salt and pepper all layers

Layer above ingredients in 8 x 9 x 4 inch roaster. (All ingredients, except peas, are raw.)

Bake at 300 degrees for at least 3 hours, covered.
