STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. broken pretzels 2 tbsp. sugar 1 stick melted butter, cooled 1 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. Cool Whip 2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, thawed 6 oz. strawberry Jello 1 c. water Combine 2 tablespoons sugar, pretzels and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Allow to cool. Mix 1 cup sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour onto crust. Combine strawberries, Jello and water. Bring all to a boil and cool. Pour over second layer; allow to cool. Garnish with lettuce and cut into servings. |
