COLE SLAW 
2 lg. cabbages
2 lg. onions
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 lg. bell peppers
2 tsp. turmeric powder
2 tsp. celery seed

Grate cabbage, onions and peppers. Bring sugar, vinegar and spices to boil. Pour over grated slaw and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
