HOT BROWNS BREAST 
Chicken breasts
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c.milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Bread

Stew the chicken breast. Toast bread. Put chicken on toast. Pour sauce over meat. Garnish with mushrooms and bacon. Place under broiler until sauce bubbles.
