SAUERKRAUT SOUP 
4 med. potatoes
1/2 c. onions
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. dill
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1 can sauerkraut
1 c. sour cream
Salt
2 lbs. smoked sausage (Echrich) cut in chunks

Dice potatoes, onions and garlic. Add water, cook until tender. Add salt, dill, caraway seeds, sauerkraut, sour cream and smoked sausage. Heat until hot.
