DUCK AND SAUERKRAUT DRESSING 
1 lg. duck
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 pan cornbread
1 bunch green onions
2 tsp. sage
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 sm. bell pepper
1 tbsp. celery seeds
Pinch of pepper
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup

Add dry ingredients to cornbread and mix. Add chicken broth and soup to dry mixture and mix well. Put mixture in roaster. Stuff inside of duck with sauerkraut. Lay duck in center of cornbread mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until tender.
