BRENDA'S CHOCOLATE DELIGHT | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter, softened 1 c. + chopped pecans 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding 4 c. milk Cool Whip Mix together flour, butter and pecans. Place in square cake pan. Press into thin layer on bottom of pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees (or until a light golden brown). Let cool. Mix in mixer cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix chocolate and vanilla puddings with the 4 cups milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with a layer of Cool Whip. |
