MOCHA ANGEL CAKE 
1 white angel food cake mix
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. cold coffee

Prepare cake mix except stir cocoa into dry mix and use coffee for water. Frost with mocha frosting.

MOCHA FROSTING:

1/2 pkg. (2.8 oz. size) whipped Topping mix (1 envelope)
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cocoa

Prepare topping using skim milk. Add cocoa and powdered sugar during last minute of beating.
