"QUICK" SUMMER SALAD 
Night before layer in bowl, each ingredient:

Head of lettuce (pieces)
Chopped green pepper
Chopped or sliced onion
Couple stalks celery, sliced
10 oz. pkg. cooked peas
Sprinkle 2 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, cut up

Spread 1 or 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise over all.

Set in refrigerator overnight and serve. Great with cold meals or sandwiches.
