SUMMER FRUIT SALAD 
1 cantaloupe, peeled, cut in 3/4" squares
20 oz. canned pineapple chunks, undrained
2 unpeeled apples, cored & cubed
3-4 peaches, peeled, cut in wedges
2 bananas, peeled, cut in 1/4" slices
1 qt. strawberries, hulled & cut in half
12 oz. frozen orange juice, thawed

Mix all fruit together; pour orange juice over fruit and mix well. Chill before serving.
