FROZEN REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. scalded milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. shortening
3 eggs, beaten
8-9 c. flour

Dissolve water and yeast in bowl. Add sugar, salt, and shortening to hot milk when slightly cooled. Add eggs to milk also combine to yeast and stir in 6 cups of flour, stir. Add 2 more cups of flour and knead, using 9 cups of flour on table. Let raise double; roll out. Put immediately in freezer.

Do not wrap. Cover with foil. Do not keep more then 2 weeks take out 3 hours before baking and let rise to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
