HEALTHY APPLE CRUMBLE 
Excellent, satisfying, healthy dessert!

PER SERVING:

1 whole apple (red preferably)
1/4 cup low-fat granola
cinnamon
sugar

Slice apple into bite-sized chunks about 3/4-inch square. Arrange on small plate, peel down. Sprinkle on desired amounts of cinnamon and sugar. Top with 1/4 cup (more or less) of your favorite granola.

Zap it in the microwave for about 90 seconds or until apple chunks are hot and tender.

For a treat, serve with vanilla ice cream or butter cookies. Enjoy!
