SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can (10 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup, separated
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. water

Combine 1/4 cup soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion; mix thoroughly. Shape into patties; place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup and water; pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes.
