2 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced pepper
1/4 c. diced celery
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans, drained

Heat oil in skillet and saute beef, onion, green pepper and celery until tender. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and beans. Bake in 1 1/4 quart casserole in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
