UNBAKED FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. graham crackers
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. dates
1 lb. pineapple (all colors)
1 lb. candied cherries (all colors)
1 lb. pecans
1 c. thick sweet cream

Roll crackers fine, cut nuts and fruit, melt marshmallows over boiling water, mix cream and marshmallows add nuts, fruit and graham crackers. Mix well with hands, make into two rolls, press tight, wrap in wax paper and foil. Store in refrigerator.
