HOT PARMESAN PUFFS 
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of pepper
1 loaf extra thin sliced bread

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Cut 1 1/2 - 2 inch bread rounds using cookie cutter or small glass. Bake on cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 5 minutes to harden (not brown).

Spread cheese mixture generously on bread round. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and paprika. Broil until puffy and golden. Serve hot.
