HASH BROWN HOT DISH 
8 sq. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

Thaw had browns and mix with other 3 ingredients.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese

Add to potato mixture; pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
