12 vanilla waffers
1/2 c. of sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 foil liners

Place foil liners in 12 count muffin pan. Crumble 1 cookie into each. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar at medium speed. Add eggs and mix well. Fill each 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely.s I add Solo pastry filling on top of each. They come in strawberry, blueberry, cherry, apricot and others.
