NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
5 c. Domino pure cane granulated sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
20-30 marshmallows (reg. size - not mini's)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

(Or substitute peanut butter, butterscotch or any type you wish).

Combine sugar, milk and butter and bring to boil over medium heat. Boil hard 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch cake pan and allow to set. Yields: 5 pounds fudge.

(Alternate option for chocolate-peanut butter - follow all above directions and add 1 cup peanut butter with chocolate chips and marshmallows after removing from heat).
