BROCCOLI RICE BAKE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 jar (8 oz.) cheese whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. stuffing croutons
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced

Cook broccoli according to directions on package, and drain. Mix cheese whiz and cream of chicken soup and until warm. Cook rice. Mix together lightly. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
