BROCCOLI & RICE BAKE 
1 c. cooked rice (do not use instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
Salt & pepper

DRESSING FOR TOP:

3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 stick melted butter

Boil 1 cup water and place broccoli in it to thaw. In separate large pan or skillet saute onions and celery in butter. Add soup and milk to onions and celery; then add Cheez Whiz. Simmer for a minute or two; then add thawed broccoli and cooked rice along with some salt and pepper. Sprinkle dressing recipe on top and bake 30 to 40 minutes in about a 325 to 350 degree oven. NOTE: Can be made a day ahead and left in refrigerator. Take out before cooking and let come to room temperature before putting in oven.
