CHICKEN, RICE AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 lb. broccoli (steamed, ready to eat)
3 c. cooked rice
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces, cooked
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (optional)

Butter bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Layer stuffing mix, chicken, broccoli, rice then soup after each layer. Repeat until all ingredients are used ending with a layer of stuffing on top.
