BROCCOLI & CHEESE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears or 3 pkgs. broccoli flowerettes
1 Kraft garlic processed cheese spread (publix - like a roll)
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
Dry bread crumbs

If enlarging recipe, use a Cheddar processed cheese spread to blend with garlic cheese.

Parboil broccoli; drain. Melt butter, saute onion until soft. In separate pot; stir soup and cheese over heat until smooth; add mushrooms. Combine with butter and onions. Place broccoli in casserole. Pour mixture over and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
