MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak (1 1/2-2 lb.)
1/2 bottle soy sauce (5-6 oz. bottle)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of onion powder

Mix ingredients. Pour over flank steak. Marinate 4 hours. Remove from marinade and broil 4 minutes on each side. Slice diagonally into thin slices.
