MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. ginger

Lacerate flank steak across the grain of the meat, both sides. Marinate for 1 day, turning occasionally. Broil 5 minutes on both sides.
