SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Press into a 10" pie pan.

FILLING:

4 c. fresh peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. sour cream

Slice peaches into a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Let stand. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, salt, flour, egg, vanilla; then fold in sour cream and combine with peaches. Pour into crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reset oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes more. Sprinkle with topping (combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon) and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until well set.
