SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. drained blueberries OR
1/2 c. nuts
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oat bran if desired

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Sift flour with soda and salt (oat bran). Add to mixture alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla. Fold in blueberries or nuts.

Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees approximately 15 minutes. Yield 18-20 muffins.
