SOUR CREAM MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 c. biscuit mix Cream butter. Stir in sour cream, gradually add biscuit mix, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into lightly greased miniature muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
