SOUR CREAM MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 2 c. biscuit mix Cream butter, stir in sour cream. Gradually add biscuit mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield 1 dozen. |
