HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion (sweet)
1/2-1 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix mayonnaise, chicken, celery, onion and almonds. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
