TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. ground round
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 small onion
1 small bell pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat. Drain. Add salt, pepper, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, rice and chili powder. Stir well. Get hot. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Cover with Reynolds Wrap.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
