PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat together the sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and milk. Line prepared crust with marshmallows. Pour in pumpkin mixture and top with remaining marshmallows. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until custard is set.
