STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 env. whipped topping
2 or 3 bananas (optional)
2 baked pie shells or graham cracker shells

Mix cream cheese and sugar, set aside. Mix whipped topping by directions. Add cream cheese mixture to whipped topping and mix well. Line pie crusts with bananas, add cream cheese mixture and top with strawberry glaze.

GLAZE RECIPE:

1 qt. strawberries (sliced or whole)
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 c. water
3 tbsp. strawberry gelatin

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, syrup and water in saucepan and stir. Cook until mixture thickens about 5 minutes. Add gelatin and blend. Cool. Place berries on pie. Spoon gelatin mixture between berries, chill. Makes 2 pies.
