STEAK WITH RED GRAVY 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed steak
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut steak in serving size pieces. Roll in flour. Brown in small amount of oil in frying pan with a cover. Pour off oil if you have too much. Then add onion and saute. Add catsup, water and sauce. Simmer 1 1/2 hours, covered. Serve with rice.
