CINNAMON ROLLS 
5-6 c. self rising flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs

Place about 2 cups flour in large mixing bowl. Add sugar and yeast. Combine well. Place butter in center of dry mix and gradually add hot water until all is used and butter is blended into mixture. Add 2 eggs and stir into mixture. Continue to add flour for soft dough stage. Place dough on floured surface and knead until workable. Divide dough into 2 parts. Place one aside. Roll out remaining dough into an oblong pan. Spread entire surface with melted butter. (One stick covers both halves.) Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture (One tablespoon cinnamon per cup sugar). Roll dough long ways. Slice in pieces, about an inch thick. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
