JUMER'S MOCK CINNAMON ROLLS
Dough:

Mix 1 package dry yeast and 1/4 cup hot water. Set aside. Mix and set aside 3 cups Bisquick, 1/8 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.

Filling:

1 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, mixed
1 stick melted butter

Keep filling ingredients separate. Prepare sugar and cinnamon mixture, and melted butter. Do not mix them. Set aside. Add yeast and water mixture to Bisquick mixture to form dough. Should be very pasty. Let sit 10 minutes. Cut with wet knife into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion onto floured surface to measure approximately 4 x 12 inches. Lightly flour dough surface periodically to prevent dough from its sticking to rolling pin. Brush dough generously with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll from 12 inch side, jelly roll fashion. Cut in 1 inch pieces and place in rows close together in 9 x 13 buttered pan. Repeat with 3 remaining portions. Brush top with butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Easy to reheat a few seconds in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
