CHILE SAUCE 
12 lg. tomatoes
5 sweet peppers
4 onions
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon or 4 sticks
1 tsp. whole cloves

Cut tomatoes, peppers and onions fine and add the rest of the ingredients. Boil until quick thick, about 2 hours. Whole spices may be put in a bag and removed when chile sauce is done. Makes 6 pints.
