OATMEAL-RAISIN COOKIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. reg. oats, uncooked
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. water

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen.
