LEMON BISQUE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
Juice of 2 lemons
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 can chilled Milnot, whipped
Vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs

Dissolve the Jello in boiling water. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Put a layer of vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs in a large shallow pan. Spread the mixture on crumbs and sprinkle a few crumbs on top. Chill.
